I also understand that I will not be eligible for any legal representation relating to any Matters arising prior to the date of my application.
I thereby declare that I have no outstanding PCO or police matters outstanding or pending.
I give the LCDC permission to store relevant personal information on their computer system under the terms of the Data Protection Act.
