As you can see from the email sent to TFL from the LCDC today, it seems apparent that there are certain PH Operators who are ignoring the judgement handed out by the Courts. As you can also see, TFL have already issued three
Tph notices, but it seems they are still not complying?
You have to ask yourselves, why have TFL not taken action?
If the Operators still refuse to comply, will they suspend or revoke the licenses from these apps who fail to comply?
